Will my Wood Loft Bed for Adults look exactly like the pictures? Not exactly! We handcraft our Wood Loft Beds from natural wood. Variations in color, grain, knots, and texture are inherent with these materials. These elements add to the unique custom nature of each piece. They are not considered defects and do not warrant a replacement or refund.
Does the Wood Loft Bed for Adults require a special type of mattress?
No. The wooden slats support most innerspring or foam-based queen size mattresses. We recommend a mattress between 8-12 inches. We sell our own 10-inch queen-size memory foam mattress that can be ordered with your Wood Loft Bed under the “Complete the experience” section above.Will I need a box spring?
Box springs are not necessary on the Wood Loft Bed for Adults. In fact, we recommend not using one to avoid wasting valuable headspace.How is the ladder attached to the bed frame?
The ladder uses brackets to securely clip onto the bed frame.Can the ladder only be placed in one spot on the loft bed frame? Yes, the ladder stays securely connected to the access opening at the foot of the bed frame. However, the ladder is detachable and can be removed from the frame as needed.
