Shipping & Delivery

We ship almost anywhere in the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is also available for an additional fee.

Our In-Home Delivery option may incur extra fees in certain situations. For example, this option includes carrying your shipment up two flights of stairs. For deliveries involving more than two flights of stairs, additional charges will apply.

Return Policy

We offer a 60-day risk free trial with a full refund for returned items, excluding the cost of shipping and handling to receive the bed or other items at our warehouse. Please note that certain items and orders are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Orders containing 2 or more beds
  • Beds built to a custom height, width, or length
  • Beds with the following accessories: mattresses, trundles, desks, curtains, and fire poles
  • Stained accessories
  • Triple Bunk Beds

Clients are responsible for disassembling, packing, and shipping their returned items back to Francis Lofts & Bunks. All bed components and accessories must be returned in resellable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Shipping Fees
Rush Production and White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable if you decide to return your bed.

Warranty

RPF Manufacturing Co. LLC warrants these beds and accessories against any defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years. Within this timeframe, a defective product will be replaced or repaired at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligent handling, misuse, or lack of reasonable maintenance and care.
