Lead Times
The current delivery lead time for our beds is approximately 6-8 weeks from when we receive the order.

Standard Shipping
We offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are also available for an additional fee. Because shipping costs have gone up, there are currently extra fees for orders going to Oregon and Washington State. Contact us for more information and a shipping estimate.

We may request an additional payment if shipping to your address is more expensive than similar zip codes. We will not add this charge without first giving you the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund.

UPS Ground ships most orders and delivers them to your door. Certain orders must ship via freight service, which requires curbside delivery. We recommend having at least one other person on hand to help receive a freight delivery. For more information, please visit our Shipping Page.

Twin Over Full L-Shaped Bunk Beds arrive in 10 boxes. If you order accessories, there may be additional boxes included with your order.

Rush Shipping
Rush Shipping is currently available for an additional charge of $750 per bed. This option ensures that your order will ship out within 15 business days.

White Glove Delivery
Upgrade your order with our White Glove Delivery service. For $495 per bed, we offer in-home delivery from our experienced partners. This includes unpacking and inspecting every aspect of your new bed frame(s). They will also assemble and set up your bed(s) and take care of any required clean-up.

White Glove Delivery only available in the contiguous 48 United States. An adult (18 or older) must be there when your delivery arrives to sign the receipt.

Our Twin Over Full L-Shapd Bunk Beds don’t come standard with mattresses, but any regular twin size and full size innerspring mattresses will fit the bed frame. We recommend a mattress with a thickness of 8-12 inches. L-Shaped Bunk Beds don’t need a box spring.

Memory Foam Mattresses
If you plan to use memory foam mattresses, you’ll need a flat surface to keep the mattress from sinking into the slats. We offer two options.

The first is two 1/8” thick masonite boards for $165. This includes one for each sleeping platform. The second option is to buy additional slats for $190. These options are available as Accessories when you build your bed.

Francis Lofts & Bunks Custom Made Mattresses
We sell our own memory foam mattresses that you can purchase with your Adult Bunk Bed. Like our bed frames, every 10-inch mattress is custom made to order. You have the option to choose from five firmness options based on your preference.

Mattresses can be added to your order as Accessories when you’re building your bed, or purchased separately here.

Please note: When ordered as an Accessory, our mattresses come standard with Medium firmness. You can request a different firmness option in the Notes section during checkout.

We can build L-Shaped Bunk Beds to any custom dimensions within reason. If the size that you’re looking for isn’t available on our website, you can contact us directly with your request. We do charge an additional fee of $65, plus $40 per foot.

We consider a bed “custom” if we build it to any size not offered on our website. Beds with trundles also qualify as “custom” because builders must construct them to a special height.

Ladder
You can detach the ladder and use it on any side of the top bunk frame. It securely clips to the aluminum frame and will not move when it’s in use.

The standard for beds built for a 9’ ceiling is for the ladder to extend 20” from the end of the bed. We offer a shorter version that extends 13 inches from the bed at no additional cost. For $30, we can create a ladder that extends only 6 inches from the bed frame. This option is available as an Accessory when you build your bed.

Staircase
For an additional fee, you can add a matching wooden staircase to your Twin Over Full L-Shaped Bunk Bed. The staircase supports up to 500 lbs. It also has open cubbies beneath the steps for extra storage space. You can also add a handrail for the staircase as an Accessory when building your bed.

The dimensions of the different staircase options are:
4 steps: 8’ or 9’ beds are 60” long x 21” wide x 48” high
5 steps: 10’ beds are 60” long x 21” wide x 60” high

The bottom bunk of our Twin Over Full L-Shaped Bunk Beds comes with an upholstered headboard. You can choose from five different fabric options to find the one that best matches your style.

You can forgo a headboard altogether for a $300 price reduction. Please make this request in the Special Instructions section during checkout. Our customer service team will adjust your total once they review the order.
