Client Spotlight: Creekside Hideaway Airbnb in Sandy Springs, GA

Nestled amongst the trees in Sandy Springs, Georgia, lies Crooked Creek. Run by husband and wife Evan and Missy Knox, Crooked Creek is a full home available to rent on Airbnb that is suitable for up to 10 adult guests.

Crooked Creek is a destination perfect for visitors who can’t decide between city and nature. With Atlanta just a 30 minute drive away, visitors can easily head over for a day in the city, but be back in their restful wooded retreat by dinner time. Travelers of all types flock to Crooked Creek for some not-too-remote peace and quiet. “About a third of our guests are families on vacation, a third are people traveling for work, and a third are people in town for weddings,” says owner Evan.

This bright and modern cabin includes three bathrooms and five bedrooms, one of which features a Queen Over Queen Bunk Bed in charcoal with an added trundle, maximizing the amount of adults that can comfortably stay the night.

“The Queen Bunk Bed with the trundle is definitely a win for families and groups who either have a bunch of kids or have adults who want their own bed,” says Evan. “We have very high ceilings in that room so the bunk bed doesn’t feel overwhelming, it fits perfectly.”

The Crooked Creek cabin’s lush, green surroundings are perfectly accentuated by a combination of colorful, geometric rugs and bright art against clean, white walls and naturalistic wood and stone textured surfaces. It boasts amenities such as a double sided gas fireplace, a wrap around deck, and outdoor firepit, but owner Evan says the creek that bisects the property is what sets it apart. “When there’s no cars out, all you can hear is the creek.”
