- Free Standard Shipping: Curbside delivery via UPS Ground or LTL freight. Transit time is approximately 5-10 business days.
- Free In-Home Delivery: Scheduled delivery to room of choice. Includes delivery up two flights of stairs. Transit time is approximately 1-3 weeks.
- White Glove Delivery: In-home delivery for $495 per bed. Our partners unpack, inspect, and assemble your bed. Includes delivery up two flights of stairs. Transit time is approximately 1-3 weeks.
All three options are available in the 48 contiguous United States. Restrictions may apply. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada is available for a fee.

Does the Full Loft Bed require a special type of mattress?
No. The wooden slats support most innerspring full size mattresses. For a memory foam mattress, you will need a solid surface to keep it from sinking. If you plan to use a memory foam mattress, you can add a 1/8” thick masonite board or extra slats to your order. These options are available in the Accessories tab above.Will I need a box spring?
Box springs are not necessary on the Full Loft Bed. In fact, we recommend not using on to avoid wasting valuable headspace.Are the x-braces required on the loft bed frame?
Yes. The x-braces are what make the Full Loft Bed stable and safe for adult use.How is the ladder attached to the bed frame?
The standard ladder is detachable and can be placed anywhere around the loft bed. It securely clips to the aluminum frame and will not move when it’s in use.How far does the ladder extend?
If your Full Loft Bed is built for a 9’ ceiling, the ladder extends 20” from the end of the bed. We also make a version that only extends 13” from the bed at no cost. For $35, we can build a ladder that only extends 6” from the bed frame. You can request these custom ladder options in the Notes section during checkout.What are the dimensions of the staircase?
We have two staircase options. A 4-step version for beds built for an 8 or 9 foot ceiling, and 5 steps for a 10 food ceiling. The dimensions of the different staircase options are:

My son loves his bed! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and attention to detail. Surprisingly my son fell out of the bed once. Perhaps the rails could be a little higher. Also, it squeaks a little...but it looks fabulous and has made my boy happy and proud. Thank you again.
