We offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are also available for an additional fee. Because shipping costs have gone up, there are currently extra fees for orders going to Oregon and Washington State. Contact us for more information and a complimentary shipping estimate.

We reserve the right to request an additional payment in the event that shipping to your address ends up being abnormally expensive compared to other zip codes in your state. We will not add this charge without first giving you the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground and can be delivered to your door. Orders containing certain king size accessories, staircases, or more than three (3) beds will be shipped via freight service, which can be subject to local restrictions and requires curbside delivery. We recommend having at least one other person on hand to help receive a freight delivery.

The current delivery lead time for our beds is approximately 5 weeks from when we receive the order.

Rush Shipping is currently available for an additional charge of $750 per bed and ensures that your order will ship out within 15 business days.

Upgrade your order with our White Glove Delivery service. For $495 per bed, we offer in-home delivery from our experienced partners. This includes unpacking and inspecting every aspect of your new bed frame(s). They will also assemble and set up your bed(s) and take care of any required clean-up. White Glove Delivery only available in the contiguous 48 United States. An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept sign the delivery receipt. Some restrictions may apply. Full Over Queen L-Shaped Bunk Beds arrive in 10 boxes. If you order accessories, there may be additional boxes included with your order.

Our Full Over Queen L-Shaped Bunk Beds do not automatically ship with mattresses, but any commercially available full and queen size innerspring mattresses will fit the bed frame. We recommend a mattress with a thickness of 8-12 inches. The bunk beds do not require a box spring, but for memory foam mattresses, you will need to use a piece of wood to create a flat service or add extra slats. We can include 1/8” thick masonite boards with your order for $165 ($95 for just one sleeping platform) or additional slats for $190 ($95 per sleeping platform). Please request these options in the Special Instructions section during checkout.

We do sell our own memory foam mattresses that can be purchased with your bed. Like our bed frames, every 10-inch mattress is custom made to order. You can choose from five different firmness settings to match your preference, and the interior layers of the mattress are not glued together, so they can be moved around to configure the most comfortable arrangement for you or your guests. This can even include having a different arrangement on each side of the mattress.

Mattresses can be added to your order as Accessories when you’re building your bed, or purchased separately here.

Please note that our mattresses ordered as Accessories are automatically shipped with Medium firmness, but you can request a different firmness option in the Special Instructions section at checkout.

We can build L-Shaped Bunk Beds to any custom dimensions within reason. If the size that you’re looking for isn’t available on our website, you can contact us directly with your request. There is an additional customization fee of $65, plus $40 per foot.

Please note that any bed that is not a standard height, length, or width offered on our website is considered “custom.”

The standard ladder is detachable and can be used anywhere around the bed, unless you have two different sizes for the top and bottom bunks, in which case it can only be used on one of the two ends. It securely clips to the aluminum frame and will not move when it’s in use. On the Full Over Queen L-Shaped Bunk Bed, the ladder can be used on both of the short ends of the bed, or on the long side opposite of where the bottom bunk is sticking out.

The standard for bunk beds built for a 9’ ceiling is for the ladder to extend 20” from the end of the bed. We also make a version that only extends 13” from the bed at no additional cost, or for $30, we can build a ladder that only extends 6” from the bed frame. You can request either of these ladder options in the notes section during checkout.

The bottom bunk of our Full Over Queen L-Shaped Bunk Beds comes with an upholstered headboard. You will get to choose from a number of different fabric options made up of various colors, textures, and patterns to find the one that best matches your style.

If you’re looking for something different, you can upgrade to a Farmhouse Headboard for $155, or you can forgo a headboard altogether for a $500 price reduction.
