      These bunks are extremely well built/sturdy. I will say for the Triple Bunk Bed: it is a bit taller than expected. If I'd known I would have asked them to squish it down a few inches so the top bunk has a little more space... and yes apparently they can customize this, but I didn't know at purchase and it is an expensive fix. So do yourself a favor and give measurements for what you want (e.g. how much space from ceiling to top bunk do you want). The support staff is fantastic; quick to respond and offer good solutions.

      Simply, the bed is fantastic. Only bed I could find that can handle my 3 children without. It is a beast, but is pretty easy to put together (this is my 3rd triple bunk, other 2 were Ikea, and a random one from Amazon). I do wish there was a bit more room for the top bunk. We have 10ft ceilings but even the 9ft bunk has very little room for the person up there. Customer service has been fantastic (I pestered them a bunch before placing my order). The delivery driver just dumped a massive palette with the boxed up parts and left. Did not bring it up to our apartment or anything (which was implied on the website). This was of course just some local company that did the delivery and not Frances Lofts & Bunks.
