We offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are also available for an additional fee. Because shipping costs have gone up, there are currently extra fees for orders going to Oregon and Washington State. Contact us for more information and a complimentary shipping estimate.

We reserve the right to request an additional payment in the event that shipping to your address ends up being abnormally expensive compared to other zip codes in your state. We will not add this charge without first giving you the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground and can be delivered to your door. Orders containing certain king size accessories, staircases, or more than three (3) beds will be shipped via freight service, which can be subject to local restrictions and requires curbside delivery. We recommend having at least one other person on hand to help receive a freight delivery.

The current delivery lead time for our beds is approximately 6-8 weeks from when we receive the order.

Rush Shipping is currently available for an additional charge of $750 per bed and ensures that your order will ship out within 15 business days.

Upgrade your order with our White Glove Delivery service. For $495 per bed, we offer in-home delivery from our experienced partners. This includes unpacking and inspecting every aspect of your new bed frame(s). They will also assemble and set up your bed(s) and take care of any required clean-up. White Glove Delivery only available in the contiguous 48 United States. An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept sign the delivery receipt. Some restrictions may apply. Triple bunk beds arrive as 11 boxes. If you order accessories, there may be additional boxes included with your order.

Our Queen Triple Bunk Beds do not automatically ship with mattresses, but any commercially available queen size innerspring mattress will fit the bed frame. We recommend a mattress with a thickness of 8-12 inches. The triple bunk beds do not require a box spring, but for memory foam mattresses, you will need to use a piece of wood to create a flat service or add extra slats. We can include 1/8” thick masonite boards with your order for $260 ($95 for just one sleeping platform or $165 for two) or additional slats for $285 ($95 per sleeping platform). We do sell our own memory foam mattresses that can be purchased with your bed. Like our bed frames, every 10-inch mattress is custom made to order. You can choose from five different firmness settings to match your preference, and the interior layers of the mattress are not glued together, so they can be moved around to configure the most comfortable arrangement for you or your guests. This can even include having a different arrangement on each side of the mattress.

Mattresses can be added to your order as Accessories when you’re building your bed, or purchased separately here.

Please note that our mattresses ordered as Accessories are automatically shipped with Medium firmness, but you can request a different firmness option in the Special Instructions section at checkout.

We can build our triple bunk beds to custom dimensions. If the size that you’re looking for isn’t available on our website, you can contact us directly with your request. There is an additional customization fee of $65, plus $40 per foot. We do not recommend our Adult Triple Bunk Beds for rooms with a ceiling height lower than 9 feet.

Please note that any bed that is not a standard height, length, or width offered on our website is considered “custom,” as are any beds ordered with a trundle accessory, since they have to be built at a custom height to accommodate the trundle.

The ladders are detachable and can be moved anywhere around the triple bunk bed. They securely clip to the aluminum frame and will not move when they’re in use.

The longer (top bunk) ladder for a 9’ ceiling extends 20” from the end of the bed. We also make a version that only extends 13” from the bed at no additional cost, or for $30, we can build a ladder that only extends 6” from the bed frame. You can request either of these ladder options in the notes section during checkout.
