My loft bed is wonderful! I ordered it in the summer 2023 and it's December now, so we've been enjoying it ever since! It provided so much more space in our room ,the staircase with cubbies was a perfect addition for storage! And our loft bed is so cozy I love it! We made a cool gaming/nail station under the bed. Everyone thinks it's so cool! The bed is sturdy and strong. It was easy to build, we found the instructional video on YouTube. This was a big purchase! But I guess I can say it was worth it. Two things I would say that I didn't like was the customer service because the communication wasn't that great. Some responses were delayed even though they read my message, and the attitude wasn't right as if they were annoyed that I was asking questions (it's a big purchase, of course I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing) and the delivery process was weird. They tell you the boxes have to be in the house within 30 minutes and if the delivery guy is there more than that, you get charged...so weird! It's only one delivery guy, with heavy boxes, how could you time that? Poor guy was lucky I wasn't the only one there to help bring the boxes in, but it's so weird to time that and charge someone to bring heavy boxes inside within a certain timeframe. Also they tell you to book a 5 hr window of an appointment but show up late. I waited all day for the bed to get it LATE and build it before going to work. Crazy. Other than that, I love my bed!

Always wanted a loft bed, looked up some top rated ones and lo, Francis Lofts & Bunks appeared! Overall this bed is fantastic. Slats are 2x4's so I'm not going ANYWHERE which is awesome, and the metal frame keeps me sturdy while tossing and turning. It can hold enough weight for my fat *** and my girlfriend, and like I said, the stability makes sure we really enjoy every second in bed. Would be five stars, however the metal bookcase headboard is super wobbly, I assume if I had heavier books or more stuff on there then it might stop wobbling as much, but as is with my bed right against the base boards it wakes up the neighbors by bouncing against the wall, which isn't the greatest. In the end, I highly recommend this bed, maybe just stick with the side table instead though.

The bed is very nice and I am totally happy with the sturdiness and the overall design. The pillows are not as comfortable as I like, but I bought new ones. I prefer pillows that are soft but have a bounce too. I love the bed. Delivery was a bit stressful, hence the 4 stars. They came with a giant truck after I talked to them.on the phone about using a smaller truck because it is a residential DC area where there is no.parking for that size. I feel they should pay attention I to the request but they didn't. I had to find some street cones to have it temporarily parked but it could have easily gotten a ticket for blocking the neighbors. But thankfully, no one complained and no parking cops came about. The two guys who helped install are nice, but it seem like they are not as experienced because they asked if there is a missing piece, which is something I wouldn't know about. But eventually they found the piece and everything worked out. But it was stressful, and I thought a white glove delivery would provide a more seamless installation. Overall, it was too big a deal in hindsight. I am happy with the loft bed, which free my studio space. I do wish there were less stress about the delivery, parking and install I shouldn't have to manage them. Happy with the product, just not the white glove service. Thank you.

The bed frame is nice quality. It was also relatively easy to assemble. The steps we bought with it, instead of a ladder, are very low quality. What we received looked like it was sitting in a warehouse for years. Very dirty, chipped and damaged in multiple places and the wood feels soft to the step, as if it will buckle under you. I notified the company and sent pictures, but never heard back. I just let it go. Nice concept overall, and my teenager loves the loft. If not for the bad steps, I would give it 5 stars.

My Queen size Loft Bed Frame is much sturdier than I had thought it was going to be! I knew from reviews that this company makes very solid/sturdy products, but still! That being said, make sure to have a level around to make sure you have the feet spaced apart correctly to make it stable, as they don't include a cheapy one! Also make sure to check your wood slats. If they are bowed in one direction, place the wood slats so that the high part of the arch is up towards the bottom of your bed! Also, pay attention to which of the long metal rail has holes for the side railing, as it's easy to accidentally grab it and place it on the back of your frame instead of the front! Wish it had a sticker or something denoting it as different from the other long rail, though that's really on me not noticing the rail i grabbed had holes and the other one did not. Also, beware that the bolts/screws holding the X-Stabilizers dos tick out a little from the frame and will not allow the frame to sit flush against a wall and if the bed moves slightly when you climb the ladder or while moving around laying in bed, it may put scratches/gouges in your wall! Just moved my frame over and found this out, so will probably be looking at some foam or something to between those screw/bolt heads and my walls. My side rail tubes were also cut a bit on the short side and don't fully fit on the uprights that hold the horizontal tubes together. Not even when the uprights are placed as close together as the sliding cutouts will allow. Not really a big deal to me as it's still close enough together to keep the horizontal tubes from falling or coming off so far, but loose enough that with the plastic inserts that are supposed to keep them from sliding/rolling, they still do so. My only real issue and reason for docking 1 star is that during shipping several of the metal posts and the ladder have some nicks in them and they are fairly sharp and i have scratched myself pretty good a couple of times, but I have a nail file and a metal file, if the nail one doesn't work, I plan on using to try and take the burs off. Would definitely recommend 2 people and some space for putting together the queen sized loft bed frame if you can. Built mine in my small room on my own and it was a task and a half.

This is really a sturdy loft bed, no matter what you do. Two things I'd like to be different: Firstly, the corners or the top part of the ladder are spiky, and definitely hurt if you back into them. Secondly, I'd like the ladder steeper. We don't have a lot of room around the bed (that's why we got one). And the ladder blocks our cabinet a bit, but we can't place it anywhere else. If it were steeper it would extend less in that direction. But it's impossible to change with these mounts.

I would love to give this loft bed 5 stars given that this is the most expensive piece of furniture that we have purchased and given that this product is made in the USA. Unfortunately, we didn't have the experience we were hoping to have with this bed starting with the assembly. We purchased this bed due to living in a small apartment with two small children. After taking apart the old bed and getting approximately halfway through building this new loft bed, we found that one of the pieces was defective and we were not able to finish building the bed for a few days. This was a major inconvenience for many reasons and also led to the bed being unnecessarily scratched while in a half built state. It took a few days to get everything fixed. We found a way to resolve this on our own, but we were certainly disappointed since we would have expected better quality checks and a much more concerned customer service response. We've purchased and built many pieces of furniture over the years and have never had this type of issue. Now that the bed is built, it's definitely a bit shakier than we would like. It's also very sensitive to having anything close to the bed or the x-brackets. For those in small spaces - just be careful to plan on not having anything that might be right next to the bed or leaning against any part of the bed since this increases the chance that it will creak/shake when on the bed and while climbing up to the bed. On the plus side, aside from being a bit creaky when we are on the bed, the bed does seem solid once it's built and as long as you don't have any defective pieces the assembly is relatively easy and the instructions are good.

Everything went together fairly easily, my only real complaint is the corners stick up a little higher than the rest of the bed (the part where the mattress/box spring rest on), and I had purchased a new tempur-pedic mattress, which requires a flat surface. So with their box spring (being a real thin one since this is a loft bed) being supported one essentially just the corners caused the longest sides to dip down. I was able to use the color samples to prop up the sagging portions of the box spring, so it works. Other than that the bed feels sturdy and I have not had any problems.

I choose this bed for my adult daughter to use now, and for young adult guests to use in the future, so I wanted it to be very sturdy. Other reviews I read indicated it is just that. I have to agree. This is a very sturdy loft bed. It does not shake at all - including the ladder. I believe the bed was delivered either prior to or right on the expected delivery date which was great. Assembly was fairly straight forward, but we did have some issues with the instructions. Putting the rails on correctly was a bit challenging. If the instructions were a little more detailed, that would make this a 5 star rating. I would definitely order from this company again.
