Shipping Details

Shipping is a flat $200 within the United States, except for states west of the Rockies, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts and New York. In these areas the shipping is a flat $400.

The estimated time for our customers to receive their bed is approximately 4 weeks from the order date. Please note that delivery is curbside (not to your door), so you'll need to have some hands on deck to receive the order.

Please note that we reserve the right to request more payment in the event that shipping to your address is abnormally expensive compared to other zip codes in your state. We will give you a chance to either choose to cancel your order for a full refund or proceed with the additional payment.
Custom Work

Dimensions are customizable upon request. The customization fee is $45 + $40/foot of additional height (if applicable). Please message us for customization needs.
Ladder Info

The ladder extends 21" from the end of the bed (for 9' ceiling). Please note that we can also make the ladder only extend 13", free of charge, just request at checkout in the comment box.

The ladder is detachable and can be moved anywhere around the bed. It does securely clip to the aluminum and will not move when climbing up and down the ladder.
Free Paint Samples

If you would like to physically see the colors and/or the aluminum material we use, we would be happy to send you painted aluminum samples of the colors we offer, free of charge. Just request them here with your name and shipping address and we will send them on the way to you!
Mattress

Mattresses are not included with the bed. Any mattress will work and we recommend an 8 - 12 inch thickness for your mattress. No box spring or bunkie board is needed.

Note: If you will be using a memory foam mattress, we recommend the use of a bunkie board or purchasing precut plywood to rest on the slats in order to provide a flat surface. The precut plywood can be added to your order for an additional $140 for loft beds and $280 for bunk beds.
